# New Forest Act 1964, Section 14: Expenses.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The expenses of the Minister under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
(2) The expenses of the Forestry Commissioners under this Act shall be defrayed in accordance with section 41 of the Forestry Act 1967.
(3) Any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament by way of Rate-Deficiency Grant or Exchequer Equalisation Grant under the enactments relating to local government in England and Wales ... shall be defrayed out of moneys so provided.
