# The New Forest National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2005, Article 7: Resignation of office

Extent: E+W

A member may at any time resign his membership of the Authority by notice in writing delivered to the Authority, and that resignation shall take effect on the receipt of the notice by the Authority.
