Regulation 25 Qualifications and disqualifications

Schedule 5 to the Government Regulations applies, subject to the general modifications, for the purpose of setting out the circumstances in which a person is qualified or disqualified for holding or continuing to hold office, or for being appointed or nominated as a temporary governor of a new school.
