# The New Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2005, Regulation 28: Interpretation and application of Part 6


In this Part “proposed school” means a school which has not yet opened for which there is a temporary governing body constituted in accordance with arrangements under section 34 of the 2002 Act.
