Regulation 33 Preparation of the curriculum

(1)

The head teacher of a proposed school must, in preparing to discharge his or her functions under Part 7 of the 2002 Act in relation to the curriculum for the school, consult the temporary governing body and the local education authority.

(2)

Any local education authority who have been consulted under paragraph (1) must inform the head teacher of the resources which are likely to be made available to the school, and the head teacher must have regard to any such information given.
