# New Schools (General) (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 34: Preparation of the curriculum


The head teacher of a proposed school shall, in preparing to discharge his functions under Part 6 of the 2002 Act in relation to the curriculum for the school, consult the temporary governing body and the local education authority.
