# New Schools (General) (England) Regulations 2003, Paragraph 1: General


(1) No person shall be qualified to be a temporary governor unless he is aged 18 or over at the date of his election or appointment.
(2) This provision shall not apply to a temporary associate member appointed under regulation 17.
