# The New Town (East Kilbride) Dissolution Order 1996, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the New Town (East Kilbride) Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 4th April 1996.
(2) In this Order, “East Kilbride Development Corporation” means the East Kilbride Development Corporation established by the New Town (East Kilbride) (Development Corporation) Order 1947.
