  "text": "NEW TOWNS\nMade 29th March 1996\nComing into force 4th April 1996\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36G(1) of the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with Glenrothes Development Corporation, hereby makes the following Order:",
