Coming into force 31st March 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36G(1) of the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with Irvine Development Corporation, hereby makes the following Order:
