# New Towns Act 1981, Paragraph 3


In the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968—
(b) in section 37(1), and
(b) in section 37A(1) and (2),
for “section 43 of the New Towns Act 1965” substitute “ section 60 of the New Towns Act 1981 ”.
