# The Newark and Sherwood College (Dissolution) Order 2006, Article 2


On 1st January 2007 the corporation shall be dissolved and all of its property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to Lincoln College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
