  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Newcastle and Gateshead Water Order 1988 and shall come into force on 12th January 1988.\n(2) The Newcastle and Gateshead Water Acts and Orders 1863 to 1983 and this Order may be cited together as the Newcastle and Gateshead Water Acts and Orders 1863 to 1988.",
