  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Company” means the Newcastle and Gateshead Water Company;\n“the 1982 Order” means the Newcastle and Gateshead Water (Consolidation, etc.) Order 1982();\n“the Third Schedule” means the Third Schedule to the Water Act 1945;\n“the undertaking” means the undertaking of the Company as from time to time authorised.",
