  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes the Newcastle Education Action Zone, which comprises the schools listed in the Schedule. The Order also provides (in articles 5 and 6) for the membership of the Education Action Forum for the Zone. The Order revokes the Newcastle Education Action Zone Order (S.I. 1998/1958) which contained a number of errors.",
