# The Newham Education Action Zone Order 1998, Article 6: Constitution of education action zone


(1) The Forum may, at any time, appoint not more than 3 additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of–
(a) businesses;
(b) parents of children of compulsory school age in the area served by the zone schools; and
(c) the voluntary sector.
(2) The Forum may at any time appoint one additional member who at the time of his appointment is employed by the Forum.
(3) A member appointed under paragraph (2) shall cease to hold office if he ceases to be employed by the Forum.
