# The NHS 24 (Scotland) Order 2001, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 3rd April 2001
Coming into force 6th April 2001
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b), (1A), (1B) and (1C) and 105(7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
