# The NHS Direct Regulations 2004, Regulation 12: Public meeting


If, under regulation 11, the Secretary of State directs the Authority to make an annual report to him for any particular year or for each year, the Authority shall present the report at a public meeting held not later than 30 days after the date on which the report was made.
