# The NHS Education for Scotland Order 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 5th March 2002
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 8th March 2002
Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b), (1A), (1B) and (1C) and 105(6) and (7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
