# NHS Funding Act 2020, Section 2: Extent, commencement, expiry and short title


(1) This Act extends to England and Wales.
(2) This Act comes into force on the day on which it is passed.
(3) This Act expires at the end of 31 March 2024.
(4) This Act may be cited as the NHS Funding Act 2020.
