# The NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (Amendment) Order 2005, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 3rd March 2005
Coming into force 1st April 2005
The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b) and 105(6) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
