Made 20th January 2011
Coming into force 1st April 2011
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b) and 105(6) and (7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (Dissolution) Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st April 2011.

## 2 Dissolution of NHS Quality Improvement Scotland and consequent revocations

(1) NHS Quality Improvement Scotland is dissolved.
(2) The enactments in the Schedule to this Order are revoked.
