# The NHS Quality Improvement Scotland (Dissolution) Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2011
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1)(b) and 105(6) and (7) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
