# The NHSU (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2003, Article 3: Functions of NHSU


Subject to and in accordance with such directions as the Secretary of State may give to NHSU NHSU shall perform—
(a) such functions relating to the provision of learning so as to promote or secure the effective provision of services under the Act; and
(b) such other functions,
as the Secretary of State may direct.
