# The NHSU (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2003, Article 4: Constitution of NHSU


NHSU shall consist of—
(a) a chairman; and
(b) not more than 10 members who are not officers of NHSU; and
(c) 5 members who are officers of NHSU including the chief executive (who is also to have the title of vice chancellor designate), and the director of planning and resources.
