# The NHSU Regulations 2003, Regulation 12: Public meeting


If, in pursuance of regulation 11, the Secretary of State directs NHSU to make an annual report to him for any particular year or for each year, it shall present the report at a public meeting held not later than 30 days after the date on which the report was made.
