# The NHSU Regulations 2003, Regulation 8: Arrangements for the exercise of functions


Subject to such directions as may be given by the Secretary of State, NHSU may make arrangements for the exercise, on its behalf, of any of its functions by a committee or sub-committee appointed by virtue of regulation 7 or by an officer of NHSU, in each case subject to such restrictions and conditions as NHSU thinks fit.
