Regulation 2

Regulation 1 of the Nightwear (Safety) Regulations 1985^f1 shall be amended by adding at the end the words—

“, except that, for the purposes of the requirements imposed by them in relation to babies' garments, they shall come into operation on 1st September 19877”.
