# The Nightwear (Safety) Regulations 1985, Paragraph 2


Pyjamas, babies' garments, and cotton terry towelling bath robes (being children's nightwear) and adults' nightwear other than that described in paragraph 1 shall bear a label on which shall appear—
(a) in black letters, “LOW FLAMMABILITY TO BS 5722”; or
(b) the wording prescribed by paragraph 1; or
(c) the wording prescribed by both paragraph 1 and sub-paragraph (a).
