# The Nightwear (Safety) Regulations 1985, Paragraph 4


All wording required by this Schedule shall be in medium letters of 10 point in upper case and shall be set out in legible and durable form on a background of a sufficiently different colour to enable the letters readily to be seen. Any label on which such wording appears shall itself be durable.
