Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Departments (Transfer of Functions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.

Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation immediately before the transfer date.

(3)

Article 11 and Schedule 6 shall come into operation on the transfer date.
