Regulation 7 Amendment of regulation 34 (keeping records up to date)

In regulation 34—

(a)

for paragraph (1), substitute—

“(1)

Where the size of a holding changes, the occupier of the holding must update the record required by regulation 35(1) of the old Regulations, or by regulation 25A of these Regulations, within one month.”;

(b)

for paragraph (3), substitute—

“(3)

Where the amount of storage capacity of a holding changes, the occupier of the holding must update the record required by regulation 36(1)(b) of the old Regulations, or by regulation 25B of these Regulations, within one week.”.
