# The Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015, Paragraph 16: Records of crops sown

Extent: E+W+S+NI

The occupier must, within one week of sowing a crop on which the occupier spreads or intends to spread nitrogen fertiliser, record the crop sown and the date of sowing.
