# The Nitrate Pollution Prevention Regulations 2015, Paragraph 8: Maintaining holding as grassland

Extent: E+W+S+NI

The occupier must maintain the holding to ensure at least 80% of the agricultural area is sown with grass during the calendar year to which the derogation applies.
