# The Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 8: Amendment of Part 6


(1) Part 6 (Closed periods for spreading nitrogen fertiliser) is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (a) of regulation 27 (exemptions for organic holdings), substitute—
“(a) crops specified in the table in Schedule 3 (permitted crops for the closed period), or”.
