  "text": "AGRICULTURE, WALES\nWATER, WALES\nMade 5 May 2012\nLaid before the National Assembly for Wales 9 May 2012\nComing into force 1 June 2012\nThe Welsh Ministers are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to matters relating to the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. In exercise of the powers conferred upon them by that section, the Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations:",
