# The Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Title, commencement, application and interpretation


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and they come into force on 1 June 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) Regulations 2008.
