# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 30th August 1995.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to England only.
