  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 28th August 1998\nLaid before Parliament 9th September 1998\nComing into force 30th September 1998\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
