  "text": "AGRICULTURE\nMade 5th July 1995\nLaid before Parliament 6th July 1995\nComing into force\n(except regulation 3) 27th July 1995\nRegulation 3 1st June 1996\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exericse of the powers conferred by the said section 2(2) and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
