# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 27th July 1995, except for regulation 3 which shall come into force on 1st June 1996.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to England only.
