# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and extent


These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1996, shall come into force on 1st January 1997, and shall apply to England.
