# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1997, shall come into force on 11th April 1997 and shall extend to England.
