# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 1: Title and commencement and extent


These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Amendment) Regulations 1998, shall come into force on 1st April 1998 and shall extend to England.
