  "text": "In paragraph 7 of Schedule 2, for Option C (i) there shall be substituted the following:\n“(i) The farmer shall not in any period of 12 months apply organic nitrogen fertiliser or inorganic nitrogen fertiliser in excess of that which contains 150 kilograms of nitrogen per hectare.”.",
