Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for the Environment, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 112 of the Water Act 1989, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
