# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Designation) Order 1990, Article 1: Title, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Designation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st June 1990.
(2) This Order shall apply to England only.
