# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas (Designation) Order 1990, Article 7: Payments


(1) An agreement shall provide that the Minister shall make payments, in accordance with Schedule 4 in respect of land which is the subject of that agreement, following receipt of a claim by the farmer.
(2) The rates of payment specified in Schedule 4 above shall be reviewed by the Minister in 1993.
