# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas Regulations 1994, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 26th July 1994
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 2(2) and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
