# The Nitrate Sensitive Areas Regulations 1994, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Nitrate Sensitive Areas Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 26th July 1994.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to England only.
